Rescue workers combing over a party sunken Italian cruise ship found three survivors still trapped on board on Sunday. The ship, Costa Concordia, crashed on Friday night after striking a rock-like object. 17 passengers of the 4,200 are still unaccounted for. The ship’s captain, Francesco Schettino, was arrested on Saturday amid concerns that the megaship had steered dangerously off course.
