Amar’e Stoudemire’s Brother Killed in Car Crash

It’s sad the New York Knicks’ Amar’e Stoudemire’s problems off the court took a devastated turn for the worst. This morning Hazell Stoudemire, the 35-year-old brother of the Amar’e, died in a car crash in Florida.
According to an Associated Press report, the Florida Highway Patrol said that Hazell Stoudemire was driving a Cadillac Escalade north on U.S. 27 in Lake Wales, Fla., at a high rate of speed and collided with the rear of a tractor trailer at around 1:45 a.m. ET. The police said that he was not wearing a seatbelt and was declared dead at the scene.
