Hey Mark, You always talk about the oil spill and comparing it to Katrina… But I am worried about what is going to happen when “Katrina” meets “Oil Spill”, imagine the south eastern United States being Oiled On, instead of Rained on! Watching someone walk out to light a cigarette and instead lighting the air on fire. No one I haved heard has mentioned this happening. What do you think?

Can something be done about the volume of the commercials??
The music is low. When a song is ” rudely interrupted” by a commercial, it’s EXTREMELY LOUD! To the point that I need to rush & change the station. Can something be done about this? I would hate to have to tune into a different station b/c of this problem.

Come on out and help support your Pop Warner Port Saint Lucie Pirates!!! The Pirates are fresh off of a State Championship Win!!!! We want to represent The Treasure Coast and the State of Florida, but we need your help. The Pirates will be having a good old fashion Pep Rally with music, fun, and Football. We are currently raising money to make our way to Disney. In order to bring home another National Championship we need your help. The Pep Rally will be held at Whispering Pine Park 800 SW Darwin Blvd in PSL, FL 34953 Thursday December 2nd. The event starts at 6pm and ends promptly at 830pm. We will be having a 50 /50 raffle, and other businesses on hand with coupons, prizes and much more. There will be Music and tons of special guests. The Pirates have worked hard all year to reach this level, come out and help make their dream a reality all donations will benefit the Treasure Coast Pop Warner League. Donations at the gate are $2.00 for children and $3.00 for parents. Vendors and local businesses are encouraged to come out. If you are a vendor or local business there is a minimum $20 Dollar donation at the gate. This allows you entrance to the rally and access to hand out flyers, coupons and other information about your business. All vendors who donate more than $100 Dollars will be recognized on the 50 Yard line during the rally. All area High Schools have been invited as well as all area sports associations. The Pirates are doing it to represent Port Saint Lucie. Let’s give them the support!!!

To the DJ that was raped by Equity residential on the apartment transfer fees. Speak to your lawyer. in 2004 Equity Res was sued by their tenants; you can pulled up the case online / tammy yates vs. Equity residential ; it was a west palm bch case too.& the tenants won 1.6 mil. Equity Res charged tenants what Fl Statute 83.45, calls unconscienable lease fees and provisons. I’m currently a tenant in coconut creek, fl. they did the same thing to me when I transfer to a larger apartment this past Sept, in my same community, across the parking lot. I had to move to a larger unit beacuse my family consist of 5 & they said only four to a 2bdrm unit. They charged me $ 1000.00 transfer fee; which is not even mentioned in my lease. I am fighting with them now about this in court. They took me to court for water bills I already paid, rent I don’t owe & a fictious $150.00 I don’t owe. I mailed all my reciepts to the judge, and every one of their retaliating tactic demand letters, and I’m now waiting for a hearing date. I only lived here for 10 months all of which I have been struggling to get them to correct their wrongful charges. Finally, this past Dec I sent them a certified letter, exercising my right to withold rent until they correct the charges, and refund me my $1000.00. They took me to court, I sent the judge all my reciepts, emails, certified letters I wrote to them, asking them for the past 10 months to correct their charges. The judge did not honor their request to sue/evict me, but instead ordered an investigation hearing; which I’m waiting for. I am sooo tramatized; don’t ever want to rent again. Don’t let them rob you. If tenants fight back, they will eventually stop robbing others. Keep speaking out about this & just like I heard you, other Equity Tenants will hear you; & they’ll start fighting back too. Feel free to tell my story. feel free to contact me.

My girlfriend and I just moved here from Indiana two weeks ago and i started listening to your station at work last week. When I heard about the Lil Wayne concert I really wanted to go, but I’m barely making ends meet right now as it is. I had so much at the Lil wayne concert Aug 2 at the Cruzan Ampitheatre. Thanks for the free tickets. Best night I have ever had!!!!!! It was my first cocnert as well. 102.3 is the best radio station ever i listen to the mccrazy experience everyday on the way to work to help start my day right.. Lee reppin palm beach gardens and has 813 on the back burner!!! thanks again for the tickets!

I wish I had a good answer for you. Unfortunately the photo gallery plugin we use was custom made by our development team. I agree, it’s a great one, but unfortunately it is unavailable to anyone outside of CBS Radio’s sites.

Hello… I have been a loyal listener of x102.3 since the company first begun back in 2001. While I know that there was a change up in the morning crew due to Mark McCrazy’s departure, I miss my morning crew. Don’t mistake me The Babalu Bad Boyz are great, but in my opinion they appeal to the younger generation (teenagers) and are great for the drive home. The most important question is what happened to DJ Menace and India? Did they get change time-slots? I miss my Reggae mixes and Moisture mixes. Please fill me in.
